How do I get to you?
Take the A10 to the Flachau exit, from there it is just a few minutes to the village centre. Our address is Flachauerstraße 157. The house sits right in the middle of the village, with the slope 400 metres away.

What's included in the Flachau Sommer Card?
From your very first night, the Flachau Sommer Card is included for you. It bundles numerous inclusive benefits in and around Flachau, and from the third night you get even more discounts. Our team will be happy to tell you all the details when you book.

When can I check in and check out?
Check-in is possible from 16.00 to 20.00, and check-out until 10.00. Reception is staffed daily from 7.00 to 21.00.

Can I bring my dog?
Yes, dogs are welcome with us; the surcharge is 30 euros per day. However, your four-legged friend isn't allowed in the restaurant or the wellness area. Simply let us know when you book.

What about food?
The breakfast buffet is available daily from 7 to 10.30 am. In the evening we serve the 5-course half-board menu from 6 to 8.30 pm, with a buffet for starters, soup and salad. The bar is open from 3 to 10.30 pm.
